Refund Policy for Digital Photo Downloads

This policy covers digital photo downloads bought on megapixelmovie.com. DVDs, Blu-rays and USB drives are sold through the Let's Dance and Dorothy Stringer Dance Show store, and that store's own terms apply to them.

1. Check before you buy

Every photo can be previewed in its gallery before you buy. Please check you have chosen the right photos, and the right licence (Standard or School Commercial), before paying.

2. No refunds once your photos are available to download

Digital photos are supplied as soon as your payment is confirmed. When you pay, you ask us to make your photos available straight away and you acknowledge that this means you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel. For that reason we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind once your download links have been issued.

3. If something is wrong with a file

This does not affect your statutory rights. If a photo you bought is faulty, will not download, or is not the photo shown in the gallery, contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order email and the photo details. We will send a working or correct copy. If we cannot fix the problem, we will refund the price of the affected photo.

4. Download links

Your download links stay available for 30 days after purchase. If you lose them, you can request them again on the resend downloads page while they are still valid.
